WhatsApp includes a variety of useful features, one of which is the Starred Messages feature. It allows you to bookmark certain messages so you can quickly refer back to them later. Here's how to use Starred Messages on WhatsApp:
- Update or Install WhatsApp. Ensure you have the latest version of WhatsApp installed on your phone. You can find it in the Apple App Store for iPhones or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
- Open a Chat. Launch WhatsApp on your phone. Open the chat where the message you want to star is located.
- Star a Message. To star a message, tap and hold the specific message you want to star until a menu pops up. Select the star icon in the menu. The message is now starred and can be accessed quickly later.
- Access Starred Messages. To access your starred messages later, go to the main WhatsApp screen and tap on the three dots in the top right corner (Android) or "Settings" in the bottom right corner (iPhone). Then, select "Starred Messages". This will show a list of all your starred messages.
Starred Messages is a great tool for keeping track of important messages, addresses, or other information you might need to refer back to. Remember that starred messages are only visible to you; the other person in the chat won't know you've starred a message.
