How do I send media, contacts, or location for Nokia s40?

To send media

On S40 touch screen phones:

Tap on and choose the type of media you wish to send.

On S60 full keyboard phones:

Select Options > Send -type of media-.

• You will have the option to either capture new media or choose an existing media file. You can add a caption to any photos or videos before sending them.

• Share contact or Contact allows you to send the information of a contact saved in your phone's address book over WhatsApp.

• Share location or Location allows you to share your current location. You can choose from nearby places or send your exact location.

To forward media

On S60 touch screen phones:

1. Tap on the image.
2. Tap Options > Send > Via WhatsApp.
3. Choose the contact or group you want to send the image to.

On S40 full keyboard phones:

1. Highlight the media that you want to send.
2. Select Options > Message > Forward.
3. Choose the contact or group where you want to send the image to.

To forward a message

1. Highlight the message.
2. Select Options > Message > Forward.
3. Choose the recipient and select Yes when prompted.

Note: When you forward a media file, the file does not upload again. This helps you use less data.
