How do I contact support from my Nokia S40 phone?

To contact WhatsApp support from your EVO phone:

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to display Options.
3. Tap Settings > About > Options > Contact Support.
4. Write a detailed description of your problem and tap Next. You will be redirected to your mail app.
5. Send the email.

To contact WhatsApp support from your non EVO phone:

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Select Options > Settings > About > Options > Contact Support.
3. Enter your email address in the first box.
4. Write a detailed description of your problem in the second box.
5. Send the email.

Note: Log files are always saved in the memory card. If your phone does not have a memory card, you will not have any log files.
