How do I change the permission settings for WhatsApp?

In order for WhatsApp to function correctly, you will need to give the app permission to use the features of your phone (e.g. Location, Contacts, Microphone, etc). If you declined permission to use any of these features, you can grant permission by changing your permission settings:

1. Go to your phone's Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions.
2. Choose WhatsApp.
3. Enable required permissions. To run WhatsApp smoothly, we advise to grant all permissions.

After doing the above steps, you should be able to use your existing phone features with WhatsApp.
