How do I change my profile picture, name or status for Nokia s60?

Depending on your privacy configuration, your profile photo and name may be visible to anyone you chat with on WhatsApp. To set your profile photo and name on S60 phones:

1. Open WhatsApp and go to Options > Settings > General.
2. Choose Profile name to set your name or Profile photo to take a photo or choose an existing picture for your profile.

If you block a contact, that person will not see any updates to your profile picture.

Status

The status feature in WhatsApp is a real time indication of what you are doing so that you can keep up to date with your contacts. To set your status:

1. Open WhatsApp > Options > Status.
2. To create a new personalized status, select Options > Add new status or tap "+". You can also choose a default status.
