How do I change my profile picture, name or status for Nokia s40?

You can delete an entire chat, clear all messages inside a chat, or remove individual messages.

To delete individual messages

1. Select the message you wish to remove using keypad and go to Options > Delete.
2. Alternatively, on S40 touchscreen phones, tap and hold the message and tap Delete.

To delete an entire chat

If you have a physical keyboard on your Nokia phone, please follow these steps:

1. Open WhatsApp and go to the Chats screen.
2. Select the chat you want to delete, but do not open it.
3. Select Options > Delete.

If you have a touch screen Nokia phone, please follow these steps:

1. Open WhatsApp and go to the Chats screen.
2. Long press on the chat you want to delete.
3. Select Delete from the pop-up menu.

To clear all messages inside a chat

1. Go into the chat or group.
2. Go to Options > Contact Info or Group Info > Options > Clear Chat History.
